Wade Building Services Arched Lintels are normally manufactured
from plate to EN 10025 1993 S275, in thickness up to 8mm.

The range consists of six standard profiles :-
Semi-Circular
Gothic
Extended Semi-Circular
Apex
Segmental
Elliptical

* Stainless steel Lintels can be supplied with a decorative finish to the underside of the soffit plates.
* Mild steel lintels are post galvanised to BS792, 920 grammes per square metre minimum, including both sides.
* Medium and Heavy duty ranges are suitable for any type and width of wall construction.
* Additional protective finishes are available upon request.
* Plaster key mesh available if specified.
* Computerised section analysis to cater for any requirement.
* Arched Lintels are also available for clear spans over 4800mm.
* Calculations and drawings can be provided for approval.
* Medium and Heavy duty cavity Lintels can be insulated if specified using "CFC free" materials.
* 150mm Bearings are included as standard. Requirements for longer bearings are available if specified.

Load Bearing Application

Light Duty - This range is suitable for continuous masonry, on both skins, providing support to light loads in both cavity and solid wall, Maximum wall thickness is 290mm.

Medium Duty - This range is suitable for continuous masonry, on both skins, providing support to brickwork loads and timber floor/roof loads in cavity walls of any type and width.

Heavy Duty - This range is suitable for continuous masonry, on both skins, providing support to brickwork loads and concrete floor/roof loads in both cavity walls of type and width.
